Welcome to YBB (also known as “药板板,” the “App”). These Terms form an agreement between you and the developer identified on the App Store product page (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
YBB is a medication-record and blister-pack management tool offering medication plans, blister-pack and intake records, reminders, history, optional iCloud sync, and VIP services. Available features and benefits are those shown in the current App and purchase screen.
You must have the legal capacity appropriate for your use and purchases. Minors should use the App with a parent or guardian and must obtain guardian consent before making a purchase.
You may use the App lawfully for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not crack or reverse engineer the App, bypass membership verification, interfere with services, falsify transactions, infringe another person’s rights, or engage in unlawful activity.
The App and its content are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses. You are responsible for the information you enter and its accuracy.
The App does not provide a separate YBB account. Some services depend on your device, Apple Account, iCloud, and RevenueCat. Data is generally stored on your device and may also be stored in iCloud when sync is enabled. Please protect your account and device and maintain reasonable backups.
Sync and purchase services depend on network, device, and third-party availability. Disabling sync or the expiration of VIP does not automatically delete existing data. See YBB Privacy Policy for information about personal information processing.
YBB is only a record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency assistance.
Follow the advice of qualified physicians and pharmacists and the applicable medication instructions. Reminders may be delayed or fail because of permission, device, or system conditions, and intake records depend on your actions. Do not rely solely on the App for medical decisions. If you experience discomfort, take an incorrect dose, miss a dose, or face an emergency, promptly contact a qualified professional or local emergency service.
